helpful staff and tasty food - Edit
Although the menu doesn't state vegetarian or vegan as soon as I told my server she was very helpful pointing out my options. Of which there where 3 or 4. I had a spicy tofu and mushroom pho which was super yummy. Most dishes had a tofu or vegetable option.

GF Staple! - Edit
I realise I’m a bit obsessed with this chain, but Pho is such a reliable option for delicious veg & gluten-free food! The restaurant is celiac uk approved (only spring rolls aren’t GF) and all dishes can be adapted to be made vegan by swapping to veggies, tofu or ‘this’ chicken alternative. They offer 10-20% student discount which is an added bonus! Couldn’t recommend more.

Mostly good - Edit
Spring rolls were a bit burnt for starter but taste was ok. Peanut butter dipping sauce was a bit thick.
Read moreIf you are not a fan of coriander (me) I would recommend making sure you ask for none when ordering because they like to use it a lot.
The curry phô with faux chicken was really flavourful and really enjoyed it. Would go again but would ask for no coriander this time.
I recommend booking as this place can be very busy.
The menu is well marked for vegan options and I really enjoyed the chicken alternative
Pros: Tasty food, Nice staff, Good options
Cons: Coriander, Very busy

Lovely restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. - Edit
We had vegan spring rolls and morning glory as starters that were very tasty . Main course was the curry and the bún veggie spring rolls with that’s not chicken. All fresh and delicious tasting meals. There are plenty of vegan options available.

Wish I could give it 5 stars - Edit
They have a ton of vegan options. I went for the vegan prawn crackers ( A M A Z I N G, even my mom who is a non-vegan said that she prefers them over the prawn ones) and the hot vietnamese noodle soup with mushrooms and tofu. I highly recommend them, they are tasty and delicious. The staff is super kind. The price is also pretty cool, not expensive at all, and the food is just of great quality. It's just a place I'd come over and over if I were a Londoner.

Pho - Edit
Pho is a great option when you're looking for a vegan clear broth noodle soup and don't have time to go through all the mom-and-pop listings to find something a bit more authentic (and vegan). What's nice about Pho is they offer at least two vegan broths, one is closer to normal pho broth and the other is a spicy broth (but tends to be very limey). I've honestly been a bit underwhelmed by both broths at multiple Pho locations, but you can always add loads of sriracha and other toppings to your tasting. I love their tofu, which is very porous and holds a good volume of broth inside. The pho soup is made with the very thin pho noodles (not my favorite) and the spicy soup is made with the thick/round noodles, like spaghetti noodles (I love this noodle option).
Read moreMy overall verdict is, this is great if you're in a pinch or need to find a place that will satisfy vegans and non-vegans alike, as there are Pho locations everywhere and this is quite convenient. However, I'm more inclined to choose a local mom-and-pop if it's an option. Moreover, I've found the execution to be inconsistent across Pho locations.
Overall Rating: 3-3.5

Good - Edit
The spring rolls (starter) were very very good, with really tasty vegan dips. The Pho was good, not the best I tried, but tasty anyway ! The staff was very friendly.

Reminded me of Vietnam! - Edit
Amazing place! The staff is really friendly and the food is mind-blowing, really reminded me of Vietnam! I didn't try the pho but would definitely go back to do so because the bun and the fried noodles were amazing. They have a couple of vegan options for every kind of meal (pho, bun, fried noodles,...) and they were delicious! Also, really really good price-quality ratio, one dish is around 8-10£! If I had to find a downside to place it would be that it is quite dark, we had some hard time reading the menu, but I guess it's part of the atmosphere!

I was very pleasantly surprised that there was quite a few vegan options available. Tried Chay pho with tofu and it was very nice, the portions are very generous.

Nicely surprised - Edit
There’s quite a few vegan options, a lot of the meals can be changed to be vegan friendly. The atmosphere was busy and our waitress was super friendly and bubbly! Food came fast and was a lot of it, I had four spring rolls with my meal, so glad I skipped a starter, as I don’t think I could have finished it. I don’t think there were any vegan desserts available, and even though it was sunny outside, the inside is very dark.

Place to be for pho or rice bowls - Edit
We stopped by to try the pho and ordered a rice bowl as well to share. They were both surprisingly savoury. Bonus: across the street you can go for a vegan dessert: ice cream and/or waffles. Would recommend!

A great surprise - Edit
Me and my partner ended in that place one evening when trying to go to Mildreds but found it was closed, and am happy we did! It took some (many) questions to figure out what is what and what we can have, but ended up having a great varied meal and even shared a dessert with vegan ice cream! Our waitress was very accommodating and handled the increasing crowd very well too. Very pleasant experience.

Was ok but wouldn't go again - Edit
the starter was pretty nice. i had raw veg spring rolls.
Read morethe main however i didn't enjoy.
it was tofu and mushroom on top of noodles and came with salad in a bowl and just resulted in a luke warm indifferent mush.
To be fair some one else had the same and thought it was ok so maybe i was unlucky
i'd prefer it if the setting had a touch more light...
Pros: raw spring rolls were nice, friendly and helpful
Cons: didn't like the main!

Rare honesty and accommodation about ingredients - Edit
This place has many virtues. First, they are very explicitly
Read moreveg-friendly (even labeling fish sauce and offering alternatives,
which is virtually unheard of at East Asian places). Second, the
building is lovely and the ambiance wonderful.
Set against this, there are a few negatives. First, the food wasn't
terribly flavorful: the pho came with fresh herbs that were actually
fresh, so the broth had a lovely delicacy to it, but the rest was not
delicate so much as bland. Second, there was little by way of actual
vegetable, just lots of noodle. Third, the server was extremely
friendly and also extremely forgetful.
For people who don't like meaty, beefy broths, the broth here was a
real virtue. That alone can put it well over threshold for some. If
that's not enough of a draw, the rest makes it ho-hum (especially in
London, which has so much else to offer).
Pros: veg-friendly, not too expensive
Cons: could use more vegetable
