They have a great Pho, with plenty of fixings and it's delicious. I also got their aged tofu spring rolls which I highly recommend!

The best banh mi - Edit
I used to eat here every weekend when I lived in NC, it was the highlight of my week. The staff was always warm and friendly. They would chat with us and let us try new items. I have literally traveled the world looking for a banh mi that could come close to how amazing theirs is (except Vietnam itself, one day!) I still haven’t found it. So don’t waste your time. Pho cafe is a jewel in Wilmington’s dining scene!

I never even got the chance to eat here. The place is super tiny, and when we walked in a guy was walking with a bus tub of dishes and spilled dirty water all over the tables. You have to stand at the front counter and there’s some menus duct taped to the table and everything is super unclear wether it’s vegan or vegetarian, and nobody speaks English well so they can’t really explain it to you. In my opinion just play it safe and move on somewhere else

The veg pho and the tofu bahn mi are both fantastic - PACKED with flavor! And the prices are quite reasonable. The pho is served with a plate of veggies on the side to customize the dish to your liking, and the broth is divine. This place will be part of my regular lunch rotation.
