Not vegan friendly - Edit
We ordered food for my non vegan family and myself vegetarian mom. They initially forgot the two vegan meals, and we got home before we realized. We tried to reorder and were sent home with a version of the vegan meal but with chicken in it. I would avoid this place at all costs

Peruvian food in rural UT! - Edit
This was our first time sampling Peruvian food. We really enjoyed the vegan Causa: kind of like a tower of mashed potatoes and veggies. The side of sauce that came with it was great, albeit very spicy. We also tried the fried plantains and Peruvian bean sides--the beans were especially tasty.

We loved that there is a Peruvian restaurant here. We tried the Causa also. It was like mashed potatoes atop a salad (potato salad)

Nice to have a Peruvian place with its own vegan menu. The restaurant is pretty authentic and the non-vegans in the group really enjoyed their meals.
Read moreI ordered the vegan Causa (which is potato based with avocado) and it was pretty good but felt like it was missing something. Also the sauces they gave on the side for free were very good.
Try the Inca Cola while there!
