I wasnt a huge fan of the vegan options available at this place before- but since Cholo Dogs moved in and took over the kitchen I’ve really liked it! They have a vegan hot dog and some appetizers and other options! Also the beers here are great and it’s a fun brewery

Weekday menu changed - Edit
Only 1 vegan veggie option that I saw on the menu which is the vegan hotdog. Everything else says regular meat and regular cheese. Most of the beers are still vegan.

we loved our experience here! staff was super knowledgeable and helpful on what could be modified to be vegan- almost everything could be! i was also able to add vegan cheese to items for no up-charge. a section of the inside is dog friendly as well which is awesome for hot summer days. mimosas are only $7 with delightful flavors. can’t wait to go back!

It’s great to have vegan food at the brewery, but having healthy options is even better! Salad bowl was delicious and nutritious, chicken sandwich was tasty. Will definitely be back for more! Great service, live music and beers for any taste 🍻

Persimmon Hollow has fabulous food. - Edit
Their concept is great, most of their food is veg as is on the menu. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We go there often and have never had an issue!
