Hidden vegan garden - Edit
Lovely relaxing garden location hidden behind main drag. Good service, great selection of Greek craft beers and serves traditional Greek dishes made vegan.

Fabulous Find on Patmos - Edit
We arrived in Patmos for an overnight on route from Leros to Athens. Skala is a lovely town and we did the usual touristy things and searching for restaurant came across this absolute jewel. The owners are wonderful, pleasant, friendly and helpful and the food and coffee are fab, including the produce in their little shop. Highly recommended - we will definitely return on our return journey later in the year and look forward to good conversations and food

Such a cute restaurant with outdoor seating and the authentic Greek food done vegan style was delicious. I had a chance to speak with the owner about health, food and kindness to all living beings. This place is wonderful!

Super cute vegan place - Edit
Found this place by accident and I loved it! It had outdoor sitting, and even a vegan market adjacent to the restaurant, it wasn’t open to dine in yet but the owner offered me to make me a dish to go, it was a Turkish potato pie that was super tasty! My husband also loved their coffee.

Our lunch was a lovely experience. Finally I got to eat a vegan Moussaka, it is very hard to find good vegan food on the small islands of Greece. The staff is welcoming and very friendly, the atmosphere authentic. Would love to visit again.

Went two times, had the falafel vegan wrap both times. The sauces were delightful and the portion sizes were very generous. Would recommend to non-vegan and vegan alike.

My husband isn’t vegan but loved the food! Great menu, lots of options, had the hummus pizza as a shared app, then the carbonara- what a delicious dinner! My husband had the mushrooms, and it was also terrific. It came with grilled potatoes, green salad, homemade mustard and tzatziki sauce. Both were very hardy (big) portions. Bonus- most items, including (and importantly) the tofu, are organic! Oh, and there’s a small vegan market attached to the restaurant. Atmosphere is in a garden - an absolute delight!!

Huge vegan menu, surprisingly large! We came late afternoon and it had been busy at lunch so they were out of vegan moussaka which I really wanted to try but they were making a fresh batch for dinner. We settled on the vegan burgers which were great! As was the dessert and smoothies.

Finding vegan restaurants in Greece is difficult, even more on Greek islands. For this reason, when I found Pernera in a Greek website I decided to go back to Patmos to visit it and it was a very good idea. This is the Greek temple of vegan philosophy! The restaurant cafe with organic shop together with the cozy studios at very affordable rates are a corner of paradise where experiencing a different kind of holiday, unique in the Dodekanisos.

THE BEST FOOD IN THE AEGEAN - Edit
This is by far the best restaurant for vegan food in the Aegean, and possibly in Greece. Hospitality is the best, and you can tell it's a passion for everyone there. The food is incredible, very creative and extremely tasty. The location is central and just off the main strip. If you want food, are in any of the Dodecanese, and can get to Patmos, you must go.

Stayed on Patmos for 4 nights and ate here every day. Food is fantastic , full of flavour and very very tasty. The dips are fantastic, salads are huge and filling, mousakka delicious, mezze style plate perfect, amazing desserts. Everything is fresh, biological/organic and local. You can tell these people cook from a place of love! Perfect little garden to sit in and while away the evening - great place for vegan and non vegans alike. Wished I was here in Patmos longer to taste the whole menu. Felafel wrap is delish and you can order it to takeaway too!! Perfect lunch at the beach. So happy to have had the pleasure of dining here - A MUST for everyone staying on Patmos! The family have studios to rent here too so you can sleep on the premises and eat all the heavenly vegan food everyday right at your doorstep!

Delicious new vegan restaurant - Edit
This vegan restaurant is amazing. The food was delicious. They use local products to recreate traditional meals with a vegan twist. The service was perfect and the staff really care about the environment. And it was very cheap. I’ll definitely be back.
