Stepping into this bakery is overwhelming, even if it is a nice little place: there are just so many beautiful options to choose from! I went with some classics: the eclaire had a great texture, the vanilla cream was sumptuous, and the caramel flavorful but not too sweet. The Paine aux chocolat could have been a bit sweeter for my taste, but the fluffiness was amazing.

Such a lovely place and absolutely perfect patisseries and pastries. It lived up to the hype! Better than the best in Paris. Fresh, soft viennoiseries with that perfect firm bite and flavour, and the finest-flavoured, dense yet light, not too sweet patisseries. Montpellier is so lucky to have this new place.

Best vegan bakery on the planet - Edit
There are vegan bakeries all over France and all over the world. But none have the delectable elegance and skill used in the preparation of Perle en Sucre’s offerings. Just to see the beautiful creations can make your mouth water. And then when you taste them, the flavor is remarkable. The coffee is excellent as well.
