Beautiful view for Vegan champagne

Peregrin mid November 2025.

You couldn't beat this venue on the basis of coastal aesthetics. Wow.

My aperitif glass of veuve clicquot yellow label was luxurious, a Non Vintage champagne from Rheims in Champagne france. Served with a side of merewether beach sunset, this was perfect.

To eat, for entre there was a compressed watermelon slice with (feta ), jalepeno, red wine vinegar and whatever "red elk" is? GF and Obviously VeO without the feta and elk?
I didn't order this favouring just a main.

There were 0 vegan mains
Rather 1 Vegan option in the feasts section.

1 whole roasted cauliflower crumbed with salsa Verde, currants and smoked almond dukkah.

This was delicious with flavors central,

However to be priced in the feasts section as the only vegan option for a main seemed a bit of a cash grab to me.

My experience of this meal however was lifted by the glass of Domaine Gérard Tremblay Chablis vintage 2022.
Which is vegan according to barnivore and multiple sources.

My Maddie who was the host and took my last minute reservation on the phone as well as my server were delightful and attentive.
Though the service was slow and an apology was offered.

I appreciate the vegan options though they were limited to 1 entre and 1 main.
The main was presented well, however to be priced amongst the "feasts"seems a cash grab for what I got (a baked cauliflower).

I was able to research the vegan status of the wines before choosing even though they weren't labeled and the server didn't know.
Which I understand is an uncommon request.
