Lovely food! - Edit
I visited Pause for a networking dinner, and their set menu was curated from the main menu. The desserts were absolutely to die for - so indulgent and rich. The garlic bread, tofu peri peri fries and mac and cheese were other hits.

An absolute gem in Mumbai - Edit
The food here is absolutely delicious. And if you are someone who enjoys good, indulgent food and are looking for clean-eating spots in the city - Pause in Bandra west is the answer. This is an all day space offering a great All day breakfast program (ranging from vegan shakshuka, millet pancakes and crepes and some really good open toasts). They have a great mix of healthy and indulgent food-so there is something for everyone
Read moreI love their mushroom sliders (beetroot buns made in house), chowder (served in a house made bread bowl!), mac and cheese, lotus stem chips, jowar nachos, Khao Suey and jackfruit makhani. What stands out is how ingredient focused the space is with all dips and ketchups made in house. In desserts, would highly reccomend their diabetic friendly chocolate orange mousse cake, the vegan tiramisu (a first in mumbai) and the tea-misu (made from masala chai). This place is well thought through- the restrooms are clean and hygenic with all necessary hygiene products one could ask for.

I love that it’s is 100% vegan, but the food is kind of average and the portions are super small!

The cafe is entirely vegan and has Jain and gluten free options as well. The Korean cream cheese bun was the highlight, along with the coffee. They overall have a lot of options in food, so you are likely to get something that you like. The staff is polite and friendly and the cafe has a cozy vibe. Would definitely recommend visiting!
