Plenty of vegetable options on the menu. Authentic Greek food for reasonable price. They speak excellent English and are knowledge about that is in the food.

We stayed in Ag Efima for 5 days and ate most lunches and dinners here most days.

When we sat down the staff would let us know what vegan options they had that day typically 5 or 6 dishes to choose from, if something wasn't on that day they would ask the chief when she would be cooking it again, so you could go back to try it.
The chief, Nikoletta even offered to cook us meals that weren’t on the menu. Nikoletta made us stuffed cabbage leaves, stuffed with rice herbs and raisins with a lovely lemon sauce.
I can highly recommend all the vegan food we had, and it was excellent value for money.
And we always got a free dessert, the strawberry in orange juice was my favorite, but if you don't feel like more food maybe ask if you can have a Greek coffee or a shot of Ouzo.
Check the pictures of the menu, and don't forget to take some treats for the cats.
I would give 5*'s if I could.
