Comforting in on a rainy layover in Gothenburg - Edit
On a rainy day in Gothenburg where I had a 2 hour layover my main goal was to find and visit Papi’s Pierogi. I rushed through the city, found the truck and I ordered the traditional fried pierogis filled with potatoes, onions and white vegan cheese and wow oh wow it was everything I wanted and needed. Topped with mayo (I think) and scallions it was just perfect!
