I like this place a lot, even though the majority of the menu is not vegetarian. It's a really unique spot in the beautiful mountain setting. They serve all whole foods, local food, and the people who work there seem to be really passionate about serving healthy, delicious, fresh seasonal food. We were very impressed with the knowledge of the waitstaff and hosts (and owners) about vegan food. I am putting four stars because there was at least one vegan option in every category – appetizer, salad, entrée, veggieburger, dessert. Plus this is the only place around that has decent vegan dining.
