Poor vegan options - Edit
I went here on a very hot day in summer. My husband and I ordered the same dish. Waitress thought we ordered only one and we had to wait for the second one to be prepared. There really was no vegan options. We were stuck with a sandwich which was expensive and not worth the money. We will not be back.

Crust isn't vegan. Pasta is eh. Wouldn't eat here unless I had to.

Not bad, but not many choices - Edit
My husband and I arrived in Beaufort on a Friday night, and I chose Panini's because of the review here on HappyCow. Unfortunately, there is only one entree that can be veganized: spaghetti marinara. It was OK, but rather boring (although it was miles better than a plate of steamed vegetables!!). There are also two salads that could easily be veganized.

Huge salads, fun pizza - Edit
Four happy diners enjoyed an array of huge salads made vegan, and pizza Mediterranean pizza. Interesting architecture - it used to be a bank.
