vegan items very limited - Edit
Crust isn't vegan. Pasta is eh. Wouldn't eat here unless I had to.

My husband and I arrived in Beaufort on a Friday night, and I chose Panini's because of the review here on HappyCow. Unfortunately, there is only one entree that can be veganized: spaghetti marinara. It was OK, but rather boring (although it was miles better than a plate of steamed vegetables!!). There are also two salads that could easily be veganized.
Since Beaufort doesn't have many choices for vegan food, Panini's is a decent choice, though.

Huge salads, fun pizza - Edit
Four happy diners enjoyed an array of huge salads made vegan, and pizza Mediterranean pizza. Interesting architecture - it used to be a bank.
