Vegan choices, nice ambiance and lighting.

Paleo Brio has a decent amount of vegan choices. They have an all vegan soup we tried- Tuscan Bean- Very tasty! They do vegan and veg bowls- build your own type.. high quality ingredients.. Lot of organic. I noted they have a vegan burger and for breakfast they have a tofu scramble. The bowl we built was delicious!
