Delicious - Edit
I ate the set menu (14 soles) which was a light soup followed by a plate of beans, salad, and vegetables. All very tasty. I also tried the tacos which were great too. Lovely little place. I will be back.
Read moreEdit: not open for dinner when I went back later despite the hours saying they'd be open til 9pm. Perhaps they'd sold out of food.
I ended up getting food here four times during my stay in the Sacred Valley. I really like this place. The family who run it are super nice. I think everything is gluten free except occasionally one of the cakes.

They attend on Saturdays! - Edit
Super healthy food they attend on saturdays, prices around 18 soles per main dish, deserts around 5 soles. They moved now to Av. Berriozabal the 2nd block from Av ferrocarril.

Consistently delicious food made with love - Edit
Pacha Sara is a sure win in terms of tasty, plentiful and creative dishes that always deliver satisfaction to those who venture to her tables.
Read moreBetty is kind, considerate, and nothing is too much trouble to honour requests of gluten free and pure vegan options, although most days the dishes are vegan.
Betty's food is a blend of Mexican inspired South American dishes, using the highest quality locally sourced ingredients, also supporting local communities.
The daily menu consists of a starter, main dish, drink and sometimes dessert too for s/. 10. The portions are generous and the vibe around Betty is one of laughter and love.
Can't recommend Pacha Sara enough.
Pros: Locally sourced food, Attentive and conscientious staff, Value for money

A blessing - Edit
Pacha Sara, or Betty has become a local hangout for our community, a place to meet a friend or someone new. We're vegan, but that doesn't really change much. If Betty has a cheese option it will be a sprinkle that can be omitted. The food is consistently good and can be outright amazing, in the case of Jack Fruit stew, or local Pine Mushroom stirfry. Betty uses the same more expensive ingredients that we would use at home which can make her food somewhat rich to those on an ayahuasca diet, but ask and ye shall receive. An absolute regular for us and many of our friends, thanks Betty.
