Offers a monthly changing selection of daily baked fresh chocolate croissants, natural yeast sourdough bread, brioche buns, matcha red bean and "milk" toasts, cookies, jams and cakes, using fresh and seasonal ingredients. I’m not vegan but I still love it - Edit
Not only the flavours are unique (e.g miso lotus root bagel) , which I cannot find in usual bakery, their breads also give a lighter feel to my tummy !
Read morePrice is slightly higher but I think they worth it because the staff said everything is made from scratch , and they offer discount later in the afternoon!
Pros: Unique flavour, Nice to my tummy
Cons: Closed Monday and Tuesday :(

The only Asian-style vegan bread in Hong Kong - Edit
Before "Ovule Bakery" had opened, there were two vegan bread shops in Hong Kong ("Mayse Artisan Bakery" and "Alive Food Co."). They made European breads. As a vegan born and grew up in Hong Kong, I am so grateful that there is a vegan bread shop which also makes Asian-style bread!
