Serves meat, vegan options available. Ramen restaurant with two ramen options that can be made vegan by omitting egg. Also has vegan appetizers, such as fried pickle tofu and vegetable gyoza. Please note that the "hot tofu bun" is not vegan and cannot be veganized. Two flavors of bubble tea can be made vegan if oat milk is used. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-2:30pm, 5:00pm-10:00pm, Sat-Sun 12:00pm-9:00pm.

Cute place, great service, and fast service too. Stopped here for lunch- not a ton of vegan options on the menu (mostly vegetarian options that can be made vegan) but they are super tasty. Boba tea can be made with oat milk.

i didn’t “get” ramen… until i had Otaku Ramen! the flavor is unbeatable, not to mention the amazing toppings available to add all of the texture you’re looking for. i’ve since moved out of Nash, but i will forever dream of Otaku Ramen!

Must visit if you love authentic ramen - Edit
My wife and I have heard about this place for a while but we were finally able to visit and loved it! We got the new noodle bowl that they have that has BE-Hive Chorizo (can’t remember the name) as well as Thai tea with boba. Our non-vegan friends that accompanied us loved it too! If you love noodles, don’t hesitate to give this place a try.
