Fishy business

Not tons of options for vegans considering that dang near everything is made with fish or oyster sauce (although undisclosed).
The people are super super nice thiugh.

Beware

Tons of hidden animal ingredients here with little opportunity to modify.

Miso soup has fish. Many of the listed “vegetarian dishes” are made with animal products. Most notably, the Szechuan tofu and the lo mein are not vegan, and cannot be, as the sauce is premade with oyster sauce. They offered to make the dish with just soy sauce… lame.

Sweet potato roll has eel sauce by default- ask for no sauce.
