Chill spot with good vibes. - Edit
About a 15-20 min walk from Midtown Hilton. Nice neighborhood. I ordered a sandwich with shredded seitan and tomato/cream cheese/salsa&jalapeno. It was so delicious!

The lonche de pierna was one of the tastiest sandwiches I've ever had. Their vegetarian "pierna" was so tasty with their own cream cheese and really good bread (a half baguette). Just a take out place but I did enjoy it on the bench outside and they were playing great music. 90 pesos.

Amazing Vegan Cream Cheese, Pesto, and Sandwiches - Edit
This completely vegan shop sells a small selection of to-go sandwiches and pastas daily, in addition to making and selling the BEST VEGAN CREAM CHEESE I’VE EVER HAD. You need to go here! The owner is usually in the shop, and will tell you all about their selection of products, flavors of cheeses, and give you samples to try. While they don’t have a ton of options for food, they have perfected the options they do have. As a vegan living in Guadalajara, this is one of my favorite spots.
