Shrimp paste!!

Waitress let me know ALL CURRIES have fish - she even brought out the containers of their curry pastes, which specify shrimp paste in all of them. Props to the waitress for knowing the menu!

No vegan options

Although the menu said vegan (and gf) options, was told that “the sauce is pre-made” so can’t di crispy garlic tofu vegan.

Great Food, but Lied About Fish Sauce :/

I came to Ocha several months ago and had the crispy garlic tofu, rama noodle, and pad see ew (no egg) which were all very delicious! Unfortunately I came to dine here again today and was told the crispy garlic tofu cannot be made vegan and their peanut sauce is not vegan either, both contain fish sauce. I specifically asked the first time about fish sauce and was told none of it has fish sauce, which makes me think they lied to me :(

Sad because this place otherwise is really delicious!!

Pros: Yummy food, A lot of items can be veganized

Cons: Fish sauce in many dishes, Lied about fish sauce in dishes
