The menu features sprouts, whole grains, and ingredients free from wheat, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), refined oils, and fried foods with a focus on local and organic producers when available. Menu changes daily and could include creamy soups, chickpea salpicão, falafel, baião de três, fresh salads, sandwiches, baked kibbeh & house-made cashew-based creamy cheeses.
