Everything about this place is great - Edit
I had the vegetable Roman and vegetable tempura. Great taste. Service is fast and friendly. It's a great place to kick back on your own and experience authentic Japanese food or bring a friend or date.

Tan tan men - Edit
Friendly staff, with some vegan options on the menu. My go to is the tan tan mein with tofu. Make sure you specify vegan because otherwise noodles are not vegan.

Great food and atmosphere - Edit
The cold summer noodles with fried tofu were a delicious option for a warm summer night. I appreciate having gluten free options and vegan options being listed, and something from to choose from for each food category (ramen, rice dishes, noodle dishes). Even summery sparkling cocktails/mocktails. The Japanese influence pop-art on the walls was a great touch, and the servers and service was great. I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in the area.

Not impressed - Edit
The menu was challenging to understand. The food had no flavor. (Except for the kale noodles, those had some flavor)
Read moreI paid a lot, and it definitely was not worth it.
Pros: A few vegan options, Different then the standard fast meal
Cons: Flavorless, Veggies were frozen/not fresh, Fried tofu was not crispy

Great spot - Edit
Delicious veggie ramen. They use a fresh kale ramen noodle that is quite interesting. Vegan items are clearly marked and there are plenty of them.

Great food and atmosphere. - Edit
Fried tofu Gf/vegan with sauce is exceptional. Along with veggie ramen gf/vegan with chili sauce is always on point. A must try.

We loved this place - Edit
There’s basically nothing for vegan eaters at the original Davenport Hotel but this place - just across the street - was like a little oasis. Super clean, vegan friendly staff willing to make nearly every dish vegan, and super delicious. Came back two times in two days. Has full wine, beer, etc menu too.
