Amazing fresh food - Edit
In a country with such limited options for vegans, it's so refreshing and welcoming to find a place like this. The food was delicious and colorful. The staff is very friendly and the seating area upstairs got a living room vibe. I highly recommend this place. Also for families. My kids enjoyed the fried banana and nuggets a lot. We had to order twice 😅😋
Read moreThere's only one thing I think they should work on: when we entered the restaurant a staff member immediately came up to us and said "we only serve vegetables". As if he was warning us for not serving dead animals. I don't think that's necessary as long as you serve good food.

Wir haben über 50 Minuten auf unser Essen gewartet. Dann fehlten noch einige Zutaten. Die Nudelbowl hatte zum Beispiel keine Nudeln.

Please open NUABOL in Rennes too! - Edit
I was happy to have gluten free options. The stuff was very kind and helpful. Everything was delicious and the portions were big. We ended up ordering too much 😀 (we could take away the rest in a box). Please, open a NUABOL in Rennes also!

I was visiting the city and I went there with friends. The staff was very friendly and the place is nice. I really enjoyed my meal. I was very happy to have the possibility to discover this type of food. I hope they'll open more places like this in all the country😄!

This place truly surpassed my expectations of what vegan creole food could be. Delicious, freshly made, interesting and innovative menu all prepared by a lovely kind and friendly gentleman. So much flavour and colour.

I’m juste disappointed that there is no clear recipe, you need to select everything (on a digital screen) and I was a bit lost. Too much choices is not a good thing, I’d rather have few recipe that I just need to choose
