Nourish123 is a cafe and wellness center that caters people with allergies and food sensitivities. They have plenty of vegan options. I really enjoy the Southwest Taco Bowl. They have a make your own bowl option that is very popular- you choose your base, protein, veggies and sauce. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They absolutely understand how important it is for people with food sensitivities to know exactly what they are eating.
Read moreThey offer a few treats, cold pressed juice and smoothies as well. All organic.
