Incredible! You gotta eat here - Edit
Beautiful restaurant with great LA vibe. The food here is so good and I wanted to try everything! The ramen is spectacular (both types); gyoza is good (it has impossible meat if that’s your thing); but the Brussels sprouts were the best app. Waitress recommended 2 rolls (dragon and shiitake). Both were fantastic.

Pros: Great ramen , Good apps , Tofu curry katsu quite good

Awesome atmosphere great food! - Edit
Love that this spot is fully vegan. I try to make healthy choices when eating out and chose to eat the sushi rolls without tempura or fried which were about 5 different rolls. (Rainbow, California, Manhattan…)
Read moreAll the rolls are very filling and are bigger in size than I’m used to seeing which makes up for their prices.
I personally don’t care for fake meats but the tuna tasted exactly like real tuna and even the texture was the same. Non vegans could not tell a difference.
Definitely check this place out!
Pros: All vegan , Big portions
Cons: Expensive

Very good - Edit
Overall, the experience was very good. Beautiful atmosphere and ambiance. Clean and well designed. It was a bit expensive and I wasn’t too impressed with the Onigiri as it was a bit bland and quite expensive for what you get. I also had the yakisoba noodles which were very good! We also tried the volcano sushi roll and it was solid.

Wow this right here is my new number 1 spot in Austin. California roll was phenomenal as well as the creamy crunchy. Pricing to portion ratio is fair. Wow. So good.

Amazing! - Edit
The food here was absolutely amazing. We had the miso ramen, the yakisoba, and a rainbow roll. Everything was exceptional and we had the most difficult time deciding which was our favorite dish given how incredible everything was.

Best sushi of my life (Serious) - Edit
I am a vegan sushi snob, I roll a pretty darn good platter myself, and this place blew me away! Each of their signature maki rolls were incredible. I can't decide what I liked more between the Dragon Roll and the Shiitake roll, so I'm going back again once more before I leave town!

Vegan - Edit
Vegan even tell the options are available for gluten-free it is a small menu sometimes confusing words and have to ask too many questions just to understand the flavors and the menu staff is not knowledgeable fully and you have to keep asking them questions and they have to keep running back to the kitchen and that takes more time. Happy hour is the only way that you want to come in because it's so expensive and there's no way you can save money on something that is pleasing to the eye but not fully always to the wallet. The tables and the booth area of the seating is too close for comfort and it's very uncomfortable for two people to sit I have found going there twice already #Veganuary

Just amazing! - Edit
The whole menu is plant-based so there is zero need for substitution. The ingredients list will make you want to but even if it says “cream cheese”, it’s a vegan one. This is an upscale Japanese cuisine experience and it didn’t disappoint.

Awesome upscale restaurant - Edit
Exciting to finally have an upscale vegan Japanese restaurant in Austin. Make sure you get a reservation because it gets busy.
Read moreI was surprised to see that the sushi wasn’t trying to imitate fish so much as highlighting the unique plant flavors, but we really enjoyed that. Our server also recommended the Squash puff appetizer, which was incredible and the best part of the meal.
Update: the ramen is amazing! Definitely worth for a separate cheaper option. Also the pb shake was so good.
