This place is gone. According to airport help desk and all of my fruitless searching. Could not find ANYTHING vegan at any restaurant in this whole airport. Come on Incheon! Get with the times!

Gimbap goodies - Edit
Vegan gimbap was soooo good and reasonably priced, I got another. No longer served with soup, so dish is entirely vegan 😊

Soup isn’t vegan! - Edit
The gimpab is lovely but the soup served with it isn’t vegan. We ordered more portions and I saw them ladle it from the same soup container as the fish sticks. Was too late for me by the time I saw!

Saved me on a long layover! - Edit
Very meat and fish focused menus all throughout terminal 2 at ICN. The gimpbap and soup is about $6 and you can actually take it to go (for your flight) if you want. The gimbap is really good with balanced flavor and there’s a warming soup on the side that I enjoyed more than the gimbap itself!
