NomVnom Bistro review

Pro:
super tasty food
they warmed up my chocolate muffin, nice little touch
cute decore
quiet, might be a good date place, as it is also right by some water
Wi-Fi available
large menu

Con:
- they add 7% tax at the end, so menu prices are not final
- might not be able to accompany groups of more than 10 (just a guess from the lay out)

Informational:
~ went on a Sat around 8:30pm
~ had the Rocket Tower (14.90$ including tax) and the chocolate muffin (5.25$ including tax)
~ that's one of the more expensive burgers, they start at 6.9$ plus tax

Yummy veggie burgers

Lovely little restaurant with an extensive veggie burger menu. Although the dhal fusion is my favorite, the menu is full of winning selections.

Great vegan burgers

A wide selection of patties and burgers to choose from!! Only downside is that the burgers are not very filling.

Awesome burgers.

Tried it 2 days ago. We ordered 3 different burgers 2 fries, a vegan "chicken" nuggets and a water. All of them was really delicious. Cost us $54. Portions were good and fries wasn't salty at all not like in other countries. Staff was helpful the place was clean, pretty quite and relaxing. Price wise not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Definitely recommend it.

Pros: Many different options, delicious food, clean, Quite and relaxing, helpful staff

Expensive and small portion

Patties are pretty thin, not substantial enough. Fries are really good.

Quick & easy

There’s a pretty extensive selection. I went for one of their top selling burgers, the Rendang tempeh burger as I didn’t want too big a meal. Although it said spicy, I didn’t actually find it especially so. Another time I would like to try one of their desserts, the ice cream especially sounded interesting. The bistro has numerous tables with some against the window offering a nice view over Clark Quay.
Staff was friendly.
Not bad if you want some fast ‘junk’ food.

Pros: All vegan

Burger not good but friendly stuff

I had the jackfruit burger, french fries and a matcha latte. I think the burger was one of the worst I hlever had, the fries were ok and the matcha latte was very sweet but also ok. But therefore the staff was very friendly!

Pros: Viel vegan

Cons: Geschmack

Not worth the price

I came here after trying to go to a couple different Hawker centers. All of the vegan stalls were closed, and I was so hungry. I got the 4c set which is a mushroom truffle sauce burger with a cold lemon tea and a side salad. The side salad was two pieces of lettuce and a half a handful of chopped carrots. The drink was okay, but I wished the cup had been bigger. The burger was good, but it wasn't amazing. It was a glorified chicken sandwich with mayo. I spend $14.90 SGD, and I wish I had gone somewhere else. I'm sure I will be hungry again in a few hours. Unless you've got $20 SGD burning a hole in your pocket, go somewhere else.

Pros: All vegan

Cons: Expensive, not enough food, nothing special

Tasty but small burgers

Very good vegan burgers and muffins but more for a snack or just a little bit of hunger. The burgers are small and the staff could have been friendlier. But it was tasty indeed!

Highly recommend for their burgers

The place - Located in a shopping mall. Very accessible. Facing a river view which is really nice. Nice and clean cafe style interior.

The service - Somewhat of a self service (you jot down your own order / go pay at the counter / get your own cutlery and condiments) but the people there are kind and helpful.

The food - We ordered:
1.) Lion mane burger with mushroom and truffle mayo - my favorite among all we ordered. Very crunchy and the patty tasted almost like a fried chicken.
2.) Rendang soy patty burger - pretty nice with good fresh crunch from cucumber but it tasted more like a satay rather than a rendang in our opinion.
3.) Mixed sweet potato fries - it’s alright
4.) Some fried thing I can’t remember what it’s called. Almost looked like a spring roll but it’s not we thought it was maybe veggies and tofu skin. They were nicely seasoned but wayy too oily.
5.) Avocado smoothie - creamy and not too sweet.

Overall, we were impressed with the place, the service, and the food. One thing I would note is that there weren’t that many healthier options like salads and such and would have been nice if there were more of those options so we could order some to balance out the junk food.

Pros: Very delicious burgers, Nice ambience, Helpful staff

Cons: Not that many healthy options

Ok but nothing to write home about.

Beautiful restaurant with a great view. The food is pretty hit and miss. Make no mistake this is Vegan junk food. If that’s what you are after then you have come to the right place. Service is poor, but that’s Singapore. Great view of Clarke Quay

Pros: 100% Vegan

Cons: No healthy options , $$$$, Portion size small.

So Many Vegan Burgers!!!

The hardest thing is deciding which one to have. I made it easier and ordered the Top 3 from their current hall of fame. They were all very good but if I’m honest 2 would have been plenty even for me and I’m greedy :)

Affordable, Romantic & Instagrammable Bistro with Awesome Meat Free Cuisine

Into the new food wave – meat free and plant-based in this affordable romantic and instagrammable Bistro! It's now at located at The Central at Clarke Quay level 3 with an awesome view of Singapore River and Clark Quay.

If you are a tourist enjoying yourself on the River Taxi, this can be a pit stop place. Or it's easily reachable from a short walk from Singapore Chinatown or by MRT and alighted at Clarke Quary MRT station.

There’s a good selection of burgers, variety of fries, pasta, pizza, ice cream to choose from. It’s hard to pick the favourite item.

Simple pleasure in life - having a meat free meal and chilling out by the river at this cosy relaxing ambience nomVnom with a great Singapore River view.

Enjoyed my day with tasty comfort food – Truffle Fries with Dip ($5.9) and Afforgato Chickpea Coffee ($6.9).

Good food, great location

had Tempeh Rendang burger with Japanese Sweet Potato Fries which were good and tasty. I used to go to their stall in the basement. the new location is so much better: lots of natural light, plenty of seats and quite a view over clarke quay. the menu also got an upgrade and offers pizza now.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, nice view, good quality

Cons: Expensive

Happy tummy

Very happy with my meal here. There were lots of options, burgers, pasta, udons, pizzas... it was hard to choose but I ended up having a delicious mushroom and vegan cheddar burger as well as kimchi soup. Note that when they say spicy, it is SPICY (avoid if not used to it) and super flavourful. I would come back if I didn’t have such a short time in SG.

Pros: Lots of types of vegan foods, Great location with a view , Not cheap but affordable

Very tasty

The food is very tasty. They offer a very wide selection of vegan burgers and sides.

The downside is the lack of seating, and what seating there is is not very comfortable.

Pros: Many good options.

Cons: Lack of seating.

Excellent burgers and friendly staff!

FYI my Google maps had not updated - the bistro has moved to floor 3 and overlooks the Clark quay sign. We arrived 5 minutes after last orders (which is at 9:45) but the staff were accommodating and allowed us to order burgers to take away. I particularly loved the Lion's Mane which tasted scarily similar to a fried chicken burger! The staff were super friendly and helpful and the prices very reasonable considering the location and how tasty it was! Definitely looking forward to visiting again to try some of the rest of the menu!! Oh and I also indulged in an incredibly moist and super tasty blueberry muffin.

The only vegan worth visiting

This is a great restaurant. Despite the numerous listings on Happy cow for vegan restaurants, this is the only one I found that has great food and prices along with comfortable and clean seating and a fantastic location with a view of the river from the second floor of Clarke Quay central shopping mall. And it stays open until 10.30on
All the other vegan restaurants I tried were either dirty, closed really early or located in some dingy and hot food centre or all 3!

Pros: Clean and aircon. , Vast selection and seriously tasty, Great location.

Cons: None to mention.
