Best vegan in Paju - Edit
You can't find a better vegan option in the city of Paju ~ and I've tried them all.

But this place is phenomenal. The owner tries to always purchase locally produced vegetables and makes absolutely delicious dishes. It's not cheap but it's worth every penny. The bigger challenge is probably that you almost have to have a car to get here. That or you'll have to know how to book a taxi ride.
But if you're vegan and you're going to be in Paju for any amount of time then it's absolutely worth putting this place on your dining itinerary.
Pros: Fresh, local veggies., Delicious creative dishes with a Korean influence, The staff is very friendly and hard-working

the vibe of this place is great. simple food and flavors done right. i want to go back and try their pesto pasta! my favorite thing we had was the dessert and the mint tea that came with the meal. mint was fresh from the garden ☺️

They have amazing fusion dishes. Might be a bit challenging to find the place, but it is totally worth it. They use natural ingredients to create hearty meals. I would definitely bring my family here! Fyi, I would recommend making a reservation just to be safe cuz I couldn’t get a table for lunch yesterday.

I love when I come to a place that has a menu unlike any other restaurant. Nokdu is creative while at the same time comes across as comfort food. The mains are family meals. The dessert I had was unlike anything I ever had so now I need to plan another trip back to Paju.
