Delicious vegan Asian food! - Edit
The food here always blows me away. From the Summer Joy Salad to the Ruby Pearls (with rice!), everything I've had is a winner. The sauces are so flavorful...and they have Alternative Baking Company cookies for purchase too if you want a treat later. A true gem hidden away in a strip mall.

I ordered the Angel at Peace and it was delicious! This dish looks so simple but it’s so well seasoned and balanced. The service was great and the atmosphere of the place is very calm and nice. My husband is not vegan and he was really impressed with his noodles. I really recommend this place to vegans and non-vegans, and would definitely love to be back next time I visit Sacramento!

The best vegan restaurant I’ve been to. A true treat for an out of town we who has limited options at home. We ordered an array of options to try a little bit of everything. None of us were disappointed with anything. Even my boyfriend who does eat meat occasionally was blown away. Staff was friendly and helpful. Don’t miss this restaurant!

It's like I found this place after I died and went to vegan heaven, yes seriously it's that good. They have so much to offer, it's like an asian fusion (curries and pho in the same place) meets american casual fare like burgers & the most awesome tuna sandwich I've ever consumed. I hear they have a vietnamese coffee which I am yearning for and as of early March 2022, it looks like their dine in is open again 😺

I ordered the golden spring rolls and wonton noodle soup and absolutely loved the flavor. I would say this place is reasonably priced when comparing to other restaurants like this one that are non-vegan.

I got the Spicy Cha Cha and it did not disappoint! I got it extra spicy and it had a delicious spicy flavor. The mock meat was amazing, really reminded me of shrimp.

I think they should update the dollar symbol from one $ to two $$ because all entrees start at $10 plus. Only appetizers are under $10.

R6, the lucky chow mein, makes vegans and omnis alike happy! All the curry dishes are good too! The basil eggplant is so good! Small hole in the wall place but don’t let that stop you, the food is great! Oh and order the roti drumsticks...you can thank me later.

Read moreI've always loved a vermicelli bowl and I noticed they had it on the menu. A few weeks before my trial of Noble Vegetarian, I had one of the best bowls I've eaten in San Jose so it had stiff competition.
This place is right up there with the best vermicelli bowls!!
Also try the different rolls on the menu. All of them provide a different taste, and they're all delicious.

Read moreBut when I first came to Noble I was in for a huge surprise. They are ingenious and have developed some of the most incredible vegan dishes I have ever had.
I have eaten vegetarian from coast to coast and have never had some of the epicurean delights that the chefs at Noble had come up with.
Also, the staff are simply amazing. And I say that from the perspective of being a server for nearly 30 yrs.
if you haven’t tried them, do yourself a favor and try them out.

Stopped here on way to a business appointment and had the Mushu-Mushu rolls and the Vegetable Medley with brown rice. The rolls were so good-crispy bean sprouts and veggies wrapped in a savory pancake (called Praha) with a delicious sauce. The Vegetable Medley came with soy “beef” and a mushroom sauce. MSG free and a GF option available. Veggies were cooked perfectly, but sauce was a tad salty. Will definitely be back when I am next in town!

Nobel’s been my go-to vegan place in the Sac area since I discovered it 3 years ago. The food is delicious and affordable. My friend and I tried the vegan burger - a great addition to the menu. The staff is always super friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Read moreVisited the place for lunch with my family. We were delighted by South-East Asian style courses with spices, lots of flavors, and a clear American flair- extremely impressive for a vegetarian restaurant.
The service was wonderful and friendly. They were really happy to walk us through the menu.
When we arrived at 2pm, we were immediately seated at a table that was perfect for kids. We didn’t make any reservation, and the restaurant was half full.
We ordered a couple of different spring rolls as a side dishes to tide the kids over. They looked tasty. They were tasty. Kids were super happy and fought over eating the garnishes because they looked so fresh!
When the waiter visited our table and asked how things were we noted how very thoughtful he and the rest of the staff members were.
We left the tip and went out of the restaurant with two kids who had GIANT smiles for being able to have a VEGAN meal.
We’ll definitely visit this place again. It’s an easy hole-in-the-wall can go with your friends, family, partner or whosoever you wish to.

I love this place! It’s got great vegan Chinese options! The staff are always super friendly and the food is served quickly. My favorite things so far are the Mushu Mushu rolls, the Thai fried rice, and the ruby pearls!

We almost always eat at home when we’re not traveling, but we decided to go out tonight. What a great choice! This was our first visit to Noble Vegan, but we’re already planning what to try next. Everything was delicious. We tried the Longevity Rolls, Love from Above (tofu-veggie stir fry in mushroom sauce), Mongolian Wonder, and Orange Vegeken. Now, the Orange Vegeken would’ve been too sweet for me, but I detest sweet entrees. My daughter loved it. The food was all perfect, and the sauces were outstanding.

Scratch your Chinese Food Cravings - Edit
Stopped here for dinner before a movie. Had the mushu mushu appetizer, the chow fun, and the Kung Pao Vegeken. My favorite was the appetizer because it was unlike anything I’ve had before. The chow fun & Kung Pao were decent. I’ll definitely be back.
