Cute lunch spot in an area without many options

This restaurant is situated in a beautifully renovated traditional old house in a quiet residential area of Kameoka, where there aren't many other options around.

The vegan options consist of three variations of curry (vegetable curry, black Keema Curry, and a fried tempeh curry) and a soup of the day set.

I had the tempeh curry which was not at all spicy, but had a nice complex flavour.
My husband had the soup set. The soup and salad were delicious but unfortunately the bread was burnt, hence me knocking off a star.

I've knocked off another star because the only way to view the menu was to add the restaurant as a friend on Line, which feels like a bit of a pushy marketing technique.
It also makes me wonder how people without a Line account (i.e. foreign tourists) are supposed to order...although I suppose they don't get many tourists out here

Pros: Curry was good, Set in a lovely old house, Good to have options in an area without many

Cons: Bread was burnt, A little pricey, Force you to add them on Line to see the menu
