The Only Spring Hope Restaurant with More Than 1 Vegetarian-Friendly Option - Edit
Our family has been going to No. 1 Chinese for years. They have both stir-fried and steamed oil-free options, which I really appreciate. We like the Vegetable Mei Fun, only we ask them to add the spices that are on the Singapore Mei Fun (meat version), to make it spicier. There are no other vegetarian-friendly listings in Spring Hope yet. This is it!
