Unable personal! - Edit
The food was good, but personal is absolutely unable. One old woman and two teenagers are working there. They can't speak english. When you order two beers one of them is hot and they don't have another one. They don't undrestand, when you ask where is toilet and i think they don't have any toilet.

There is a sign explaining why the owner (who speaks English) is away. He is caring for his sick father in Ho Chi Minh. His mother and son provided excellent service and the food was delicious.
