great vege option in a part of Canada starved for them

It is very tough to find veg-friendly restaurants in this part of Saskatchewan, so it was a welcome surprise to find a place that not only had a vegetarian section on the menu but also where the server double-checked "only vegetable?" If you ask for spicy, it's legit spicy, not just Saskatchewan "spicy". I had the fresh rolls, which had rice noodle vermicelli and some vegetables inside, and the spicy tofu vegetable dish with steamed rice. The vegetables were cooked well and even included bok choy, which is rare in prairie "Asian" (Canadian Chinese) restaurants. It was as good as any Vietnamese food in a much bigger town.
