Located in New Kingston this vegetarian (mostly vegan) cafe is basically fast food. Around lunchtime it stays packed. Many of the options are fried and don't provide the optimal nutrition I was looking for. So I found the organic raw cafe dubbed Tehuti's Cafe.
Pros: cheap
Cons: fast food, fried food

This is the only restaurant I have found in Jamaica that serves Doubles, Trinidad's best fast food. Not as good as Trinidad but still decent. They have an excellent burger, one of the best I have had. It is a clean, pleasant place with nice people. Order at the counter. It's nice to go to a restaurant in Jamaica with good food and no salt fish and ackee or jerk chicken on the menu.

Cons: Not much seating
