i worked here … I was disgusted by the cockroaches falling from the ceiling, the way employees were belittled and mistreated, the stories of local artists never receiving their commissions for sold artwork, and the disgusting state of the cafe behind the counter. There are many more business in Hilo where you can actually support native and local artists… this place sells so many Amazon items at 100% markups, under the guise of spirituality and “local” goods. it’s a tourist trap. there are multiple places in town to support instead of nector. if you’re after ice cream, go down the road to Nicoco for vegan treats that’re made locally and management that treats its employees and community with respect

Really cool place to get a smoothie! The menu is not really vegan oriented but most smoothies are. The shop that it’s connected with is really cool! Well worth a visit!

Mahalo for your support and visiting! Aside from a few food options, we actually designed the entire menu to be vegan friendly. Our smoothies are naturally vegan, as they are just fruit and superfoods. We have oat, coconut and Mac nut milk alternatives for all of our espresso, coffee and elixir drinks. Our lemonades are naturally vegan, as well as our teas and we even have vegan bubble waffle batter. We don't write vegan on each item, as the entire menu is pretty much vegan friendly😄
