A joy!! - Edit
Love this place. It has a lovely atmosphere, some of the best coffee in Edinburgh (seriously is in my top 3), and fairly simple but delicious grub that’ll make your mouth water and leave you well fed and content. The vegan options are fairly wide ranging, and it all feels like you’re eating something made with care and with good quality ingredients (the focaccia is to die for !!!).

The cookies are insane also and worth a mention in and of themselves ! As is the mango ice tea currently!
I would give it 5 stars if I could.
Pros: Simple but delicious flavours , Reasonably priced , Warm atmosphere and lovely staff

Friendly with several options - Edit
Handy location and friendly staff, good place to go with omnis - Just don't think the food is anything special. French toast is overly sweet. Barry Gadgie is nice but needs hot sauce to add flavour. Would be good if they had a vegan meat option

Wish i could give this place 5 stars! - Edit
We came here for breakfast and i had a wonderful experience. The yogurt bowl was delicious. I also believe they have a bunch of vegan pastries and french toast. I didn’t try them but they looked great!

Nice atmosphere - Edit
Really lovely place! It's small so only really fits small groups but the food is tasty and fresh. Serves a different vegan soup every day. The toilets are sadly downstairs so not accessible.

Fantastic spot for breakfast! - Edit
This is a great little cafe offering many choices for vegans. We had the Barry Gadgie, mushrooms and hummus on sourdough toast, which was delicious. There were at least two more vegan cooked breakfast options. They also had homemade granola, and sweet stuff: vegan cakes, tarts and fruit scones.

A Leith highlight - Edit
Nectar is one of my favourite places in Leith. There are plenty of vegan options, including the excellent ‘Barry Gadgie Toast’ (mushroom, hummus and crispy onion on sourdough). Great coffee, and the friendliest staff in town. Only loses a star for not being 100% vegan.
