Not very vegan friendly
I want to like this place but I’m really dissapointed it would be this hard to order a satisfying vegan meal at a vegetarian restaurant. This places feels stuck in the 90’s when vegan food was all cubed tofu and tahini sauces. Almost everything here relies heavily on dairy as a main flavoring and offers no vegan friendly substitutions. I’m writing this in hopes that this restaurant will decide to join the 21st century where creative, delicious vegan food is abundant. I’d like there to be one locally owned vegan friendly place to eat at when I pass through Corvallis.
Pros: Family friendly, Vegan food is possible, Friendly staff
Cons: Staff doesn’t understand veganism, Dairy on EVERYTHING , No dairy subs even offered like avo or nooch

Ordered a tempeh Reuben off of the VEGAN menu, after eating it I asked what type of cheese was used, since I haven't found a vegan alternative for Swiss cheese that is acceptable. Was real Swiss cheese. No apology, just a blank stare.
