Cute little vegan spot in a country town - Edit
Loved seeing a vegan restaurant in such a small town! The owners were very friendly and accommodating. They have a menu of the day plate which was yummy potato salad, rice and beans, whole wheat pasta with cashew cream sauce and some other protein. They were nice and made me a soy protein burger instead of the pasta. Nice spot!

Cheap, vegan, simple, domenican - Edit
Found this nice place during vacation. Food very good and cheap (150 - 200 pesos). One option a day but you can leave something out if you dont like a component. They speak a little english. There is a shop with vegan food like v-salami, v-burger...
