Weird Natural Grocers - Edit
I used to shop at the Natural Grocers in Bend, OR all the time for years so when I was in Medford I was excited that there was one there. I walked in and the energy felt weird. It's a huge store but it's sparsely filled with groceries. They could fit in at least twice as many shelves. The aisles are short and very wide and it's poorly lit. The prices are quite a bit more than I'm used to paying and even nearby small town Ashland has places like Shop N Kart that carry many of the same items for significantly less with better vegan food selection. The cashier I got was weird too and not friendly in the least. The whole place has some weird energy to it and I don't want to eat food that's been soaking up that vibe. It's disappointing because I usually like Natural Grocers.

They have on the go vegan options like sandwiches and snacks. Really nice grocery section with a bulk area which is nice. Love this place but would recommend more sales and affordably priced items, maybe a hot food section too ! But

When I’m in a hurry, they have plenty of vegan options for me. - Edit
I usually go for the pre made vegan sandwiches, or the vegan burritos. They are the only place in town I have fond that sells oil free hummus. They have som much options.

This store is a much welcome oasis in a town full of GMO laden restaurants. They have 100% Organic Produce, vegan and gluten free options. Knowledgeable supplement staff.
