Read moreNanda's is the oldest vegan place in Lucca, which is commendable. They are now located in the heart of the city center by Piazza Napoleone. The place is small so better have a reservation!

A delight to find an all vegan restaurant in Lucca. I had the mixed plate which included lasagna, seitan and potatoes. The lemon drink was refreshing and the panna cotta divine.

Read moreDas Essen ist top. Besonders der "Nanda's-Burger" war so gut, dass wir gleich noch einen 2. bestellen mussten. Absolute Empfehlung. Als Veganer einfach so schön mit so viel Auswahl Essen zu können.
Einziger Nachteil: Die Gläser waren beide nicht ganz sauber. Ambiente ist jetzt auch nicht besonders. Aber es geht ja in 1. Linie ums Essen.

Great place with the sweetest owner - Edit
Ate here twice during my stay in Lucca. Had the burger, hot dog, kebab, lasagne and gnochi. Everything was great and especially the Italian dishes were not expensive at all. The owner was so nice, she even put our bikes inside of her shop when we went away for a bit so they wouldn't get stolen!

Ate there two times, tried the burger; the lasagna, the gnocchi and the Panna Cotta as a dessert, everything was nice, specially the Panna Cotta which was one of the best I’ve tried!

Also: we couldn’t get any food after 6pm because of COVID lockdown, and she offered to prepare us dinner that we could pick up any time, which we did!

It was a very nice experience. The portions are gigantic (in my opinion) and tastes great. Even thought it’s a burger place, I didn’t try the burger, but the lasagne was nice and filling. The staff is nice and welcoming.

I've found this small restaurant by HappyCow and I am happy that I actually went to it! All vegan, mostly panini/burgers, but also changing dishes like gnocchi, lasagna & seitan. Options for 'junk' vegans as well as 'health' vegans ;). The owner is very sweet and speaks English. The place is central located next to a big piazza. I definitely recommend to go to Nanda's, for vegans but also very good for everyone.

Nanda‘s is a small restaurant located in the city center of Lucca. We had Bruschetta, Lasagna and Gnocchi, which all tasted good. We weren‘t in a rush so that it wasn‘t a problem for us that the serving took some time. Seems like the owner is running the restaurant on her own & alone.

The kitchen is very slow and the food is of low quality. Our burgers lacked multiple ingredients they were supposed to have and consisted of dry and hard panini bread.
