Disappointing food

There was a good range of vegan food but the taste of the dishes we had (with the exception of the samosas and the plain rice) was very poor. It tasted like Indian food prepared by someone who's never actually had Indian food. Despite being very hungry, neither my companion or I were able to eat much of the meal. My vegetarian companion ordered naan, but what he received was something like pitta.

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Friendly waiter , Good samosas

Cons: Watery food, Poor use of spices, Mislabeled food

A must for Indian food lovers

The food was amazing an the choice is huge. Had the homemade samosas and onion pakoras as a starter, chana masala and vegan garlic naan.
Everything homemade and freshly prepared.

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Vegan naan

Cons: No basmati rice

Delicious Indian food

The menu cards offers so much vegan dishes that it is hard to chose one. All vegan menus are clearly marked as such. Further, the staff is aware of the vegan concept.
Don’t feel shy to order more rice if you want, they are happy to serve you more.

Amazing Indian food

The food here was beyond delicious, the staff very friendly and they did a nice job decorating. There are two full pages with veg(an) options. Main courses are very generous and are around 6 dollar. Would 100% visit again and highly recommend others to do so as well!

Pros: Lots of Veggie options , Cheap , Friendly staff

Cons: Nothing

Overall good food

Spicy curry and tasty samosas, love their food!
Interior needs an upgrade, chairs were about to collapse..music wasn't really what one would expect at an Indian restaurant.

Cons: Iets te lang wachten voordat ober langskomt

5*

I asked the waiter what menu items were vegan and he said they would be able to make most things vegan. It was great to have so much choice!
The food was delicious and service was fast and attentive.
I don’t think them serving meat is a problem as it meant I could enjoy a meal with my meat-eating friends.

Pros: Knowledgeable staff, So many vegan options, Quick service

Should be 5* amazing vege selection and incredible quality

Came here on a whim the average 3 star rating doesn’t do justice best Indian I’ve had in the whole of South America. Lovely service too! So many veggie meals and the starters are to die for!

Pros: Lots of veggie options, Amazing sticky cauliflower, Great service

Cons: Happy cow won’t allow a 5* rating

Awesome Indian food!

We went in three people and had a selection of 5 dishes accompanied by garlic naan and drinks. Really easy to cater for vegans here, staff very helpful. Would go again anytime. Deserves 5 stars for quality but they serve meat.

Pros: authentic Indian taste, easy for vegans

Vegan curry & nan!

I had the cauliflower starter in a sticky chinese like sauce which was incredible! Huge portion and all the omnivores loved it too. For main I had the chana masala and garlic naan which were super good, although the chickpeas could’ve been softer. All for $11!

Tasty food, good conversation

I visited here and had a la carte food: jeera dal, rice, naan and masala tea - total $11. Jeera dal was little over-spiced and naan was more like tandoori roti without butter so wasn't as tasty. Masala tea was good. On second thoughts, I should have tried their set menu first to get an idea of the quality of food.

I was told by a regular that this was the best Indian food in town.

Cons: Expensive, Not vegetarian

Nice Indian food

Jai Ho is not a vegetarian restaurant, but you will find a lot of vegetarian dishes. I had delicious daal and naan, with huge quantities. Next time I'll try the vegetarian byriani.

Pros: Good foog, Very nice place, Nice waiters

Cons: Could be slightly cheaper
