Best vegan food we've had in Peru - Edit
We had the Fettuccine with lomo saltado and the Sin gallina curry and they were so delicious...yumm those sauces!! And large portions too, which we loved. Great to have lots of choices for desserts too (cake, brownie, cinnamon rolls, crumble, apple tart etc.)

Fully vegan in Barranco - Edit
Had the special dish on Sunday. It was a barbecue. So a lot of meat alternatives. Not sure if vegan in Lima means meat alternatives. It was good but not the food I'm especially looking for. Amount was good. Prices a bit higher than normal. It's Barranco ;)

I went for lunch on a Friday in June 2023. Currently they offer an a la carte menu, plus a fixed meal of the day for 20 soles (Tuesday through Friday) which I got. This comes with a dessert, appetizer plate and the main plate (no drink was included). The appetizer plate that day was mashed fried plantains with minced tomatoes and onions. This had a good flavor but since it was fried it was a bit oily. The main plate was called Pastel de Verduras. I'm not sure what the ingredients were but I would describe it as a thick creamy stew with vegetables (vegan), accompanied by white rice. The desert appeared to be a slice of cookie dough that was made of chocolate and nuts. All of the food had good flavor. There is definitely a premium for eating vegan in Barranco. Having said that, there is no vegetarian or vegan restaurant in Barranco that has a cheaper lunch. If you are on a budget you'll need to go to the historic center of Lima to eat. The front dining room receives a lot of natural light due to the large window. But the window doesn't open and the ventilation of fresh air is poor. The internal dining room seemed to be cooler and fresher because of a rooftop window that was open.

Soooo, i have only been once since they moved, and i was only able to have a dessert (chocolate cake with raspberry jam and whipped cream) and was 10/10 reminded me of the packaged pastry "Gansito" by bimbo but obviously 1000x better and VEGAN! The food is amazing, the energy is really nice, and when quarantine if over I will definitely be eating here again. If you are in Barranco and want good vegan food don't eat anywhere else, eat here!!! You won't regret it!

Nice little place with delicious Peruvian food options. I enjoyed a Seitan Lomo Saltado and a pineapple juice that was the biggest one I’ve ever had! The 2 women cooking for you are super friendly and make you feel very comfortable!
