Very nice basic pho

Had the tofu and mushroom pho. Its very nice, spice level is adjustable. Broth is lovely. Portion size is good too.

Pros: Good broth, Nice texture tofu, Good portions

Cons: More vegan pho options, Would prefer less bean sprouts
