Best vegan food in JT! - Edit

Everything they make is delicious, they don't miss. We always get their full menu, which is usually noodle salad (so good for lunch even a few days later!), banh mi, and rotating dish of their choice. Flavors are so complex and veggies are fresh every single time. They also make desserts like donuts and cinnamon rolls, which my sweet tooth loves. If you're lucky enough to catch them, don't hesitate! They're also the nicest and coolest and make you feel very important.

AMAZING - Edit

Stopped by as I was driving through Josh tree. They have a huge extensive menu, even though they only make a few things any given day.

I couldn’t decide what to get so I bought all three for my meals rest of the day. The crispy rolls were absolute perfection. The Bahn Mi sandwich had a mock pork in it that I think they made?! Lastly I had a cold noodle salad with another mock meat that I’m pretty sure they made in-house.

10/10 will go every time I’m in Joshua Tree. Delightful owners as well!
