Left hungry - Edit

They can do a separate vegan menu at request however I received 4 courses of salad which is not satisfying especially considering the price. I only enjoyed 2 of the 5 courses that were provided.

Full vegan 5-course menu - Edit

Tailored 5-course menu can be made vegan or vegetarian. It costs $65 per person. It was absolutely delicious! The menu changes every day based on what’s in season. What I loved is that for instance they had a very mushroom oriented dish and I don’t like mushrooms. They offered me an alternative. Very good customer service.
