AMAZING vegan pho place; Must Try. - Edit
Their vegan options on the menu are clearly stated and their proportions are huge!

Omg, my absolutely favorite Pho place in Ca so far.
The tofu and meat substitute had this great flavor and the pho was so heart warming and I swear cured my headache.
Seating can be limited so I suggest to call ahead. They’re that good that sometimes you gotta wait in line.
Staff was friendly and the place is close to the freeway so easy for when you commute.

With a few Vegan options to choose from, it is still great! The portion size is HUGE and always have to take some to go because I can never finish it. Always stop by when I’m coming to Merced from Yosemite!

Tasty vegan options - Edit
The vegan food items on the menu are clearly marked on the menu. We tried the tofu spring rolls, the vegan pho, and the vegan vermicelli. All were really tasty. The two entrees had both fried tofu and a vegan meat substitute as the protein. We will definitely be back!

Wish I could give them 5 stars (HappyCow won’t let me cause this restaurant also serves meat). Fantastic vegan pho made of shiitake mushroom and artichoke broth filled with rice vermicelli noodles, vegetables, fried tofu, and veggie patty. So flavorful and filling (big portions) and staff was super nice!
