We got the white mountain bowl and the tofu bun. Both were pretty bland flavorwise. They have an assortment of sauces available so we added chili, sriracha, and soy to bump up the soup flavor. There was a nice assortment of vegetables in the soup and bun. The bun itself had no flavor and a dense texture like maybe it had been frozen. The worst part was the tofu. It wasnt preboiled or marinated. It was just cubed and fried, which meant that it had no flavor and was never going to be able to absorb any flavor from the soup or bun sauce. The portions were big so we didnt leave hungry. Just disappointed.

Staff was knowledgable and very accommodating. The tofu buns and white mountain ramen bowl where delicious, and the make your own noodle soup with curry broth and udon noodles was out of this world, easily the best curry soup this side of the Atlantic.

This was my first visit to Mountain Moose and it was the perfect lunch for a cold day shopping at the outlets. I tried the tofu bun and the White Mountain noodle bowl. Both were marked vegan on the menu. Flavors were fresh and savory. Servings were generous and the food did not take long to come out. Next time I’d love to try the roti canai and do a “build your own bowl.”
