Best nepalese in Helsinki - Edit
Delicious foods, vegan naan (which is rare in Helsinki) and friendly staff. If you ask for no raita they will replace it with a different sauce instead of just taking it away like most places. Also apparently not a part of the whole human trafficking thing most nepalese restaurants in Finland are involved in.

Best vegan nepalese food EVER! - Edit
We were absolutely mind blown by the huge vegan options they offer at Mount Kailash. (like 2 sites on the menu are vegan options) It surely is the best nepalese restaurant we have ever been to. Also the naan bread can be ordered vegan by using oil instead of butter.

Our go-to Nepalese place in Helsinki! - Edit
We visit Helsinki regularly, and ever since we discovered Mount Kailash we have eaten there every time. The food is so good! Delicious and filling, and the vegan naan is so soft and tasty. Real comfort food. It's very few places where you can get vegan naan. The service is always good, place is cozy and the owner is just the nicest guy.

Very well catered for vegans - Edit
It's extremely hard to find nepalese food that use vegan cream alternatives. This is the first time I've found vegan naan that was actually vegan! The food was absolutely delicious and I've returned multiple times. The staff are very friendly and can cater to requests.

Keep coming back here - Edit
There are quite a few Nepalese restaurants in Helsinki, but I have yet to find one as vegan-friendly as this one. There are twelve vegan and many more vegetarian main dishes on the menu and I've been happy with everything I've tried so far. Given that all mains are served with rice, chutneys and (vegan) naan bread, the prices are really fair and service is friendly. The only downside is that it's located a bit outside of the centre, but highly recommended if you're in the area!

Awesome spot for a meal before getting on the ferry to Tallinn. The service is quick, the food is delicious and the portions are huge. One of the best value places I have come across in Finland.

plenty of vegan (delicious) options - Edit
We had a vegan meet-up there (about 12 people), because they have a whole page with vegan dishes.
Read moreIt was great!
We got this flat thin bread while waiting for the food; then the actual food was plenty, extremely delicious and it even came with large Naan pieces.
I would totally recommend and will come again myself!
(The starters were about 6€, the main dishes around 13€, so for this taste and amount, just fine :) )
Pros: delicious, plenty, 1 page full of vegan options

Separate vegan menu - delicious flavours - Edit
It 's so rare to get a vegan naan and even more rare to get to choose from separate vegan menu! We took sabjee pakoras for starters and sag paner and hariyali kofta for mains. Especially the koftas were really good and flavoursome.
