Following the green velo route you don't always have the opportunity to eat vegan. What a delight to come across Moringa. The oyster mushroom and black lentils was divine, and the cauliflower steak was also a huge success. On to some desert!

Read moreThe owner of the restaurant is also a cook, and she’s passionate about vegan/vegetarian cuisine. She even came out to talk to us and find out about our impressions and whether we had any suggestions.
They’ve got really nice vegan burgers. I had cauliflower steak that was simultaneously simple, healthy and filling, with well-balanced tastes that mixed into an interesting combination.

We visited Moringa twice on this weekend, during supposed opening hrs, but the restaurant was completely closed, without any sign indicating why or until when :/
