I am very disappointed with my experience at this place. While the food itself was okay, the service was extremely poor and unacceptable.
Read moreFirst of all, I was surprised to find out that the location does not even have restrooms available for guests, which I find quite inconvenient and unusual for a food establishment.
The worst part, however, was my order. I ordered a bagel with cheese sauce, and when I started eating, I found a hair in the sauce. When I politely complained and asked for a replacement, the staff member simply took the sauce back. There was no proper apology and no real replacement provided. This handling of a hygiene issue was highly unprofessional and disappointing.
Overall, the food quality was average, but the service was truly terrible. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant and would advise others to avoid it.
