Monologue is by far the best vegan restaurant in Japan! - Edit
We are so happy that Monologue is now on HappyCow because it is our favourite restaurant (vegan or otherwise) in Japan. And now other vegans can find it too!

A wonderful, natural vegan restaurant! - Edit
This was an absolutely fantastic dining experience. We were brought here as a special treat by friends on our last day in Okazaki/ Aichi. The whole place has an elegant rustic feel to it. They collect some ingredients from their garden (which we saw out the window as we dined). The kitchen/ wait staff have a simple yet stylish uniform and were very friendly, polite and really informative regarding each dish that arrived.
Read moreThe meals are a multi-course set menu, and you can choose how many courses you have. Every dish that came out was an absolute treat, with many lovely surprises throughout our meal.
If you are ever close enough to come here then definitely make the effort - absolutely wholeheartedly recommended!!!
